HOW CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
You can cancel your booking through our website or by contacting us directly. However, please note that we have a 72-hour cancellation policy on all room bookings so we may charge you the full amount if you do not cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
DO YOU ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS?
We do indeed.
DOES THE BRADLEY HARE HAVE A CAR PARK?
Yes, all guests will be able to use our car park which is situated at the rear of the Pub.
IS THE PUB ACCESSIBLE BY WHEELCHAIR?
Yes, we have ramps to help with wheelchair access and our staff will also be willing to lend a hand when
IS THERE GOOD PHONE SIGNAL AND WIFI AT THE BRADLEY HARE?
Our WIFI is available for all guests to use. However, the phone signal in the area is extremely weak, so we recommend using WIFI calls. If you are staying with us, you will also be able to use the phone in your room to make calls within the UK.
IS MY DOG ALLOWED IN THE PUB?
Dogs are allowed in the bar area of the Pub, the Skittle Alley, and all outside areas. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the main Dining room, with the exception of Guide dogs. If you have booked a meal in the Dining room and will be bringing your Guide dog, please inform us beforehand.
CAN MY DOG JOIN ME DURING MY STAY AT THE BRADLEY HARE?
We allow dogs to stay overnight in some of our rooms, but we would ask that you inform us prior to your stay if this is the case. We may also charge a small fee for the extra cleaning.
DOES THE BRADLEY HARE ACCEPT LARGER BOOKINGS?
We certainly do, although we would request that you get in touch directly if you would like to book for a group of more than 6 people.
CAN I HOST A PRIVATE PARTY AT THE BRADLEY HARE?
Of course. If you wish to hold a private party in our Skittle Alley function room or another area of our Pub, please get in touch so that we can discuss numbers and create a tailored menu for you.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE AT THE BRADLEY HARE?
There is no dress code so please feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in, although we ask you to refrain from wearing anything that could cause offense.
DO YOU CATER FOR THOSE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES?
We do indeed and your safety is of paramount importance to us, so we will always do our best to adapt our menu to suit your requirements.
WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-IN?
You can check in from 3pm onwards.
CAN I ARRANGE FOR A LATE CHECK-OUT?
Please let us know if you require a later check out as early as you possible can. We will do our best to be as accommodating as possible with this request, as we want our guests to be able to stay and relax for as long as possible at The Bradley Hare.
IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN MY ROOM RATE?
Yes, a continental breakfast is included in all room rates and it will be served from 8.30am until 10.30am.
CAN I ARRANGE FOR A COT OR AN EXTRA BED IN MY ROOM?
You can indeed. If you require a cot for your baby, please let us know and we will supply you with one free of charge. If you require an additional small bed, there will be a small charge and only a few of our rooms can accommodate this request, so please get in touch prior to your arrival to ensure we can meet your needs.
IF I NEED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEBODY AFTER HOURS, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Certainly. As there will be no staff members on site between approximately 11pm and 6.30am, we will give you a selection of emergency numbers that you can call if required.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?
We will be offering gift vouchers from May 17th onwards. These vouchers will start from £25, and they will be valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.
